Returns & Exchanges

At Disney Music Emporium, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase; however, items must be returned in their original, unopened packaging within 30 days of delivery to be eligible for a refund. Please note that digital downloads and opened media are considered final sale and cannot be returned.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log in to your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.

  Package Your Items

  Carefully pack the unopened products in their original shipping box or a similar sturdy container, ensuring the Return Authorization number is clearly marked on the outside.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix your prepaid shipping label or use a carrier of your choice to send the package back to our distribution center, keeping a copy of the tracking number for your records.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects your returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
